At Unireach, we earnestly believe in celebrating students and their potential. Our aim is to bridge the gap between aspiring students and the universities they rightly deserve by helping them channelize their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. We inevitably stand out for meticulously crafting individual stories and empowering students to find their authentic voice throughout the daunting process of college applications. As seasoned counselors with an experience of more than 10 years in the industry, we understand the pulse of the overseas admissions process and guide students in making informed decisions about their future. From continual counseling at each step to providing students with real-time feedback, our system of profile development is highly personalized as we are constantly evolving the best practices and strategies to help students navigate the college landscape.
Our Story
The seed of Unireach germinated very organically. While counseling students of the Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools and mentoring them in crafting veritable and compelling college applications, our founders received innumerable requests from students and parents to launch something that would steer students towards setting foot into their dream college. As they regularly worked with students to guide them in the overseas admissions process, they were able to discern how worthy aspirants fail to make it to their right-fit universities due to lack of information and misguidance.
Unireach was born out of this inordinate desire to rectify the misinformation and bust these misconceptions about overseas admissions prevailing in the market. The founders launched Unireach with a selective number of students and began to expand as the students were successfully able to traverse their journey to excellence. They would give students the freedom to tap into their interests authentically and devise for them strategic and individualized career paths. These tireless and diligent efforts have led to the establishment of an unblemished, immersive, and transparent system that perpetually reinforces the belief of students and parents in Unireach and its top-notch services.

Mrs. Aakriti Periwal
CEO and Co-founder, Unireach Consulting
Aakriti switched from her profession as an Indirect Tax Lawyer with Ernst and Young to Education in 2014 when she joined the Jayshree Periwal International School. Spearheading youth initiatives and college counselling in the school, Aakriti successfully counsels JPIS students to top universities across the globe including Stanford, Yale, Harvard, Cornell. Brown, Dartmouth, University of Oxford and more.
When parents from different cities and schools approached Aakriti with questions, she realised the misinformation and myths that were spread across India related to the field of college admissions counselling. Feeling the need to bridge a gap between enthusiastic students and their right fit universities, Aakriti launched Unireach.
Aakriti’s dedication has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the ‘Outstanding Educator’ by the University of Chicago and the ‘No.1 Career Counseling in India’ by Education World. With Unireach, Aakriti continues to empower students to achieve their academic dreams and build bright futures.
Mr. Ayush Periwal
Co-founder, Unireach Consulting
A dynamic entrepreneur and an influential leader, Mr. Periwal runs a network of 12 schools across India with about 12,000 students under his tutelage.
A business management scholar from Babson College, he has harnessed his strategic thinking, unique educational perception, and entrepreneurial prowess to transform the face of education across the country.
As the CEO and Academic Director of the Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools, he deploys his competence and expertise to consistently enhance the academic quality, infrastructure, technology, and community engagement in the schools. He has established a symphony of balanced learning in school with his clear-sightedness and creative and technical evolution.
At Unireach Consulting, he has simplified the convoluted scenario of overseas admissions in India. Counseling them at every step as they steer towards their dream college, he has made the university experience more accessible for aspirants. He has recently been honoured with the prestigious ‘Human Development Leader Award (2023-24)’ by Education World.

Priyal Gupta
Senior Associate, Unireach Consulting
An ardent and sagacious mentor, Priyal strongly believes that her journey from being a student at Jayshree Periwal International School to Brown University and beyond has been nothing short of an adventure. With a degree in Applied Math-Economics, she has explored various corners of the professional world globally including a prolific stint in management consulting at Arthur D Little’s Boston and New York City offices.
It wasn’t until she ran the rat race herself, that she realized her true passion lay in helping others run, through education and mentorship, and finding the right race for them- be it a triathlon, a plogathon, a sprint, or simply a jog in the park!
She felt that her newfound purpose resonated profoundly with Mr. Ayush Periwal and Mrs. Aakriti Periwal, her own illustrious mentors from highschool. She feels like life has come full circle now upon joining Unireach. Henceforth, she aspires to rekindle passion in today’s students, guiding them on a path of self-discovery, academic exploration, college applications, and lifelong success.
Dhruv Kabra
Associate, Unireach Consulting
A passionate and dedicated professional, Dhruv works with students diligently to foster their academic and personal growth. His role involves ideating and implementing initiatives and projects that empower students throughout and beyond their application process.
His commitment to student development began in high school when he had the privilege of serving as the Head Boy of one of India’s most prestigious institutions, Jayshree Periwal High School, Jaipur. This experience enabled him to cultivate leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills that continue to be invaluable in his current role.
Apart from his professional responsibilities, he is also an author with four books to his credit and a student of English literature from Kirorimal College, University of Delhi. His academic journey has not only honed his communication and critical thinking skills but also instilled in him an ardent love for language and education. He is also a committed English educator and public speaking trainer.
Aditi Sharma

Aditi comes from a diverse background in law and academics. Her journey towards Unireach began with her alma mater Jayshree Periwal High School, where the strong influence of the Humanities discipline played an important role in shaping her career. Starting with corporate law post her law degree from Mumbai, she soon realized that her calling lay somewhere else. After pursuing a Master’s in Political Science, she then went on to become an educator and exploring the arenas in the field.
During her teaching stint, it became a eureka moment when she perceived that interacting with students and guiding them through their journey of school and college applications was her forte. Her experience of consulting in one of the top law firms in India in the initial phase of her career, being an educator with Jayshree Periwal International School and her coordination profile with a leading coaching institute of the country, brings a varied skill set to the table.
With Unireach, she aims to mentor students with a progressive and aspirational approach and lend a helping hand in their journey towards exceptional success in life.
Sheetal Mundra
Senior Counselor
With over a decade of experience in the field of education consulting and test prep, Sheetal brings to the table her expertise in guiding students through international admissions. A graduate of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, and a certified IELTS Trainer through the British Council, she also holds a Global Counselor Certification from the University of California, Los Angeles.
At Jayshree Periwal International School, she served as a College Counselor, providing end-to-end support through the Common App process, mentoring students on personal essays, and helping them gain admission to top global universities. Her earlier roles as an IELTS and TOEFL trainer with organizations like The Princeton Review, Transit Abroad, and The Erudite Architects reflect her strong track record.
She has also served as a corporate trainer at Vaibhav Global Limited, coaching senior professionals in communication and English fluency, and as a curriculum developer at Studio 205, where she designed programs focused on early childhood communication and social skills.
At Unireach, Sheetal combines her counseling expertise and language proficiency to empower students with confidence, clarity, and a global perspective.
